Just a few days from now, the second-generation iPhone will out in the Philippine mobile phone market. It will be exclusively distributed by the biggest mobile phone network in the country – Globe Telecoms. It was only last August 6 that the company confirmed that the iPhone which would work on their 3G network will become available in Globe stores.

Globe Telecoms even created a website especially for the 3G iPhone. In here, one may now reserve the iPhone of their choice. They may opt for an iPhone with a monthly plan or buy the prepaid kit instead.

the cost of the monthly plan that you would choose, the 8GB iPhone may be purchased for only P15,100 (for P1,599/month), P12,600 (for P2,199/month), P10,100 (for P3,299/month), P2,500 (for P3,999/month) and free for P4,999/month.

On the other hand, the 16GB can be availed from P2,900 to P20,600 depending on the data plan that you prefer.

Aside from the postpaid plan flexibility, Globe Telecoms also allows the users to purchase the second-generation iPhone without a contract. The 8 GB iPhone can be purchased for as low as P37,599 while the 16 GB iPhone costs P43,799.
