Late afternoon June 6, 2008, a photo of a box coming from Apple Inc. was revealed by a reliable source. There are also rumors that the iPhone distributors in Australia have received the same package as well. In the photo, the contents of the box are protected by the NDA. And it also states that the box should not be opened until June 10. That would be a day after the expected launch date of the much awaited next generation iPhone.

Many people believe that the box already contains the 3G iPhone. But because there is only one package and it was delivered early, it is assumed that

the 3G iPhones in the package will be only for the promotion of the smartphone. Probably, after its official release on June 9 at WWDC, these new iPhones will be displayed along with the sign stating the date when they could buy the gadget. The date when the 3G iPhone will be available at the market may be on June 19. It is the same date that the Sydney Apple Store will open.

Last April, Apple Inc. has been planning to distribute the iPhones in Australia. The image of the package simply provides more physical evidence that the iPhone will be in the country very soon.
