3G iPhone is expected to draw thousands of buyers all over the world
There will be more than twenty countries that will start selling the 3G iPhone on July 11. This would help Apple Inc. to gather hordes of buyers all over the world and to sell at least 10 million units before the year 2008 ends.

The highly-anticipated second-generation iPhone can access the World Wide Web two times faster than the first-generation iPhone. Moreover, it also supports third-party software including games. Some third-party software can be purchased at the App Store while others are offered by the third-party software developers for free.
According to James Cordwell, an analyst from Atlantic Equities, Apple has a greater chance of selling at least one million 3G iPhone units during its first week. This is mainly because Apple Inc. has reached more countries now whereas the first-generation iPhones were only distributed in 6 countries last year.
Another analyst has also expressed his opinion regarding the would-be sales of the 3G iPhone. Chris Whitmore of Deutsche Bank said that the sales of the 3G iPhone will surpass Apple Inc.’s expectation. If you could remember, Apple Inc. announced that they are eager to sell at least 10 million units of the 3G iPhone before 2008 ends. However, Chris Whitmore believes that Apple Inc. will sell as much as 10.5 million 3G iPhone units before we welcome 2009.
