Still reeling from the news that the 6G iPod may not be the all-singing, all-dancing widescreen touch-sensitive video jukebox of wonderfulness that humans are so desperate for, insider news that Compeq Manufacturing has won the contract to manufacture PCBs for the new PMP
does little to excite us. Still, it gives an indication of launch schedule; small-scale production will apparently start in August and next ramp up in September.
