And if you are one of the thousands of people who are planning to queue at the subsidised iPhone, you have thirty days to activate the device either in an Apple or AT&T store. If you weren’t able to do so, you will pay a penalty which is also the same price of the subsidy itself. Moreover, the two companies are only limiting 3 3G iPhones for every customer.

If there are iPhone fanatics who are waiting for the device to be sold online, they just have to wait and see. As for now, one thing is clear. The 3G iPhone will be available on July 11 and the iPhones that you will see on Craigslists or in Ebay should not be bought.
