One of the great inconveniences of life are the brutally long automated phone menus used by some large businesses nowadays. The famous: “Please press 1 to do this” or “Please press 2 to do that.” Oftentimes, the menus are so long, you may end up forgetting why you called to begin with.

That’s why Fonolo was developed. Their unique system which incorporates deep dialing so you never have to sit through a long, drawn out automated voice menu again. Deep dialing allows you to navigate a phone menu on your computer or through the web browser on your iPhone. Once you get to a point in the menu you want, just click it and Fonolo will call it for you, get to the right spot and then you’ll receive a call with the appropriate portion of the menu set up and ready to go.
