App Store gathers frustration from the developers of 3G iPhone

When the second-generation iPhone and MobileMe had its debut, it had a rocky start to the consumers. On the other hand, Apple Inc.’s App Store went fairly smooth for them. But it is a different case for the iPhone developers. Working with Apple Inc.’s App Store is anything but smooth.

The App Store is the only place where iPhone and iPod Touch users can buy applications for their device. The developers were ranting that there are now experiencing numerous problems with the store. The developers only gave their rants at an interview with the Macworld because of the sensitive work nature with Apple Inc. The representatives from Apple Inc. have not yet given comments regarding this issue.

One of the main problems of the developers with the App Store is that the company is taking a long time before their applications can be purchased by the consumers. It takes at least a week or more before their applications were posted on the App Store.

Another problem is that the Apple Inc. is not communicating with the developers about the date that their applications will be published. As a result, they have no clue as to when it will be pushed live.

Lastly, the developers said that Apple Inc. is not actually providing them any kind of sales information regarding their application. They do not have a clue if their applications are doing great on the market or not.
