Most public seem happy with their splendid iPhone purchases, but some - including our own Vincent Nguyen, who is on his third iPhone already - are having issues. One of the top complaints appears to be the battery; specifically it refusing to properly charge. The scenario differs from case to case: some
can only recharge their phone when it’s turned off, others have to have it turned on, and some have never managed to get it to display 100% battery no matter what they do.
