Just as we have seen before, problems are arising around the iPhone’s screen. Previously we had a defect in which a grid of white dots would seem on the LCD, upon further review it arised to be the actual touch sensors due to the appearance half way through the boot process and that a dissection of the iPhone showed a layer of the same exact patterns within the LCD/Multitouch strips. that problem only seemed to affect some 7 series LCDs.
that new problem reported by MacNN shows that an unspecified amount of iPhone users are having problems with the touch screen and that the lower bottom parts when used vertically are unresponsive.
Fortunately for those who have an iPhone that demonstrates that defect
Apple support said they are familiar with the problem which increases your chances of getting your iPhone fixed unlike the fiasco some users had to endure when try to fix their devices that demonstrated the grid of white dots on the screen.
whether you iPhone has that problem contact Apple Care as soon as possible or take it down to your local Apple Store.
