The software will allow parents, employers, whomever is paying the bill, to set limits on just about anything the device can do that might cost money. Starting with a limit on minutes and hours when phone calls can be made.

There are a few shield things in place though, primarily the fact that 911 will be available at
all times regardless of restrictions, and anything done through WiFi as far as web browsing goes can’t be blocked. The user can additionally signal the primary handset on the detail at any moment and ask for an increase in these limts, etc, etc.
