AT&T reportedly surveying iPhone owners for desired features and satisfaction
AT&T has directly asked many iPhone owners to find out what features to include on future devices, according to the AppleInsider site. One section is devoted to the 2.1 firmware update, discovering if the customers perceive any enhancement to the device.

The survey primarily evaluates satisfaction with AT&T and Apple, although a whole page questions what features or improvements users desire to be included with future iPhones or updates. It’s assumed Apple will use this in their evaluation of future development paths.
Responders can choose the five features most vital to them, including software and hardware enhancements. The list of choices covers many current limitations that have received the most complaints, including copy and paste, MMS messaging, and support for Flash and Java.
Assuming Apple is paying attention, this is a nice bit of customer attention that should only serve to improve the iPhone in the future.
