Because of the great demand for the second-generation iPhone, there are no longer stocks of Apple Inc.’s latest smartphone in most stores now. There are some customers who are willing to wait for a couple of weeks so that they can purchase the second-generation iPhone. However, not all consumers are willing to wait. The number of impatient customers is higher compared to the number of those who can wait for two to four weeks.

3G iPhone

According to the recent reports, people are now looking for 3G iPhone sellers on the eBay. Customers who are in dire need of the 3G iPhone are willing to

pay $1,000 to $2,000 just to get their hands on the world’s hottest smartphone. As of the moment, the maximum bid for the second-generation iPhone has already reached as much as $2,325 U.S. dollars. This would probably continue until AT&T and Apple Inc. official announced that they have a new stock of the 3G iPhone in the country.

According to PC World, a leading tech magazine, the average amount/bid submitted by a user to the eBay is $800 to $900 for one unit of 8 GB 3G iPhone. Bidders do not only come from United States but in other parts of the world as well.
