Another application will soon be used in the second-generation iPhone. Before the smartphone goes on sale, TSheets announced a web application meant for the iPhone – the timeclock tracker. Tsheets allows the iPhone user to clock-in and even clock-out of work even if they are not physically present in their office. This gives the professional road warriors a handy way to keep track of their total billable hours even without going at their offices.

Tsheets has a very basic application. It looks like a stopwatch that has several categories to choose from. The user has the ability to assign a label to each hour spent so that their

superiors may follow what they are doing for a particular hour. The Tsheets can display a real time timer. However, there is no need to leave your iPhone open all the time and drain the battery of your device. Even if the phone is close, Tsheets can still monitor the elapsed time until the application has been opened again in time for you to clock-out.

If you are not yet sure whether to use the Tsheets or not you can register at their website. At the http://www.tsheets.com, you can try the web application’s 30-day trial.

Other sites offering the same type of application includes the ClockSpot and the Harvest.
