Gizmodo has a new article that compares the features of the T-Mobile G1, The iPhone and newly announced Palm Pre side by side and feature by feature, to see who has the edge.

By the looks of the article, it appears the iPhone has the edge for now, which doesn’t surprise us at all. It beat all of the others in development environment, availability of apps and the App Store and the keyboard, and the browser too. If you’re reading this, odds are you know the iPhone’s strengths (and weaknesses) already.
The new Palm gadget looks pretty impressive feature wise so far (including multi-tasking, something the iPhone lacks), so it could give the iPhone a run for its money (we wrote about the new Palm handheld in a separate article yesterday).
If Apple continues to put more sweat into the iPhone, then it won’t have to worry. If they get complacent however, the Pre might just sneak up on them and take a bite of their sales. If we know Apple well enough, that won’t happen.
