There has been a rumored copy/paste functionality coming to the iPhone. But how would that work? Is it a key command action with two fingers? Is it a drag feature and a combination of double-taps? Here is one guy’s take on how it could work. You gotta love the amount of work that guy put into that video. But besides the video itself, I absolutely love his theory on how it could work. Using the magnifying glass and a second finger tap you can cut and paste with ease.

iPhone Atlas got the following quote from the creator of the video:

an notion about how to tackle the lost Copy and Paste functionality on the iPhone, and rather than just describing the solution, i decided to mock it up in shake (the compositing package I use for the visual effects work i do). and i set it to music and cut it in the style of the iPhone demo videos Apple has up on their site.”
