Doom reaches iPhone, classic gamers (semi) rejoice
There’s a body of thought that a gadget just isn’t a true key player in the tech world whether it can’t be coaxed into playing Doom. The id Software classic has been pressed into service on cellphones, scientific calculators and all manner of strange hardware, and it was only a matter of date before someone developed a version for the iPhone.
