A very interesting set of videos were uploaded to YouTube by On-Site Research Associates, “a qualitative research company specializing in ethnographic studies.”

In that specific one, it pursues up with 2 case studies they interviewed prior and during the iPhone launch process. In that video, they are




asked about some of the issues that have come up making the iPhone “less than perfect.”

So what do you think? Is that an accurate representation of what the majority of early adopters feel?
