According to the research conducted by Michael Mace and his team from the Rubicon Consulting, iPhone users spend more money on their cell phone bill. More users surf the Internet via their iPhones more and many consumers became attracted to the iPhones diverse features, which led to plenty of first-time buyers trying the iPhone.

Apple teamed up with AT&T to provide network for its iPhone consumers in the U.S. However, according to Rubicon’s survey and analysis, over 40% users are complaining that the iPhone doesn’t surf the web quickly over at AT&T’s network.
This is an opening for the network company Sprint to draw more consumers and provide them with an iPhone that operates at higher speeds. According to Rubicon’s analysis, Sprint and other carriers hoping to make a deal with Apple could expect a make or break when an Apple deal pushes through saying that “the iPhone leads people to change carriers” as the report showed 50% of iPhone users changed carriers after getting the smartphone.
