At CES 2008, Flytunes introduced a personalized digital music service for the iPhone, iPod touch and other media capable phones. Flytunes lets you access by 20,000 radio stations anywhere a WiFi, or cell phone signal is available; something satellite radio cannot do (inside buildings). Flytunes is available free of charge
and can be run on either PC or Mac. Flytunes will be available on their website as of January 21st, 2008. Their website and pictures look poor, so we’ll have to wait and see how that service comes along in it’s final debut.
