Informal survey reveals most iPhone users very satisfied with device
We know a lot about the iPhone, but here’s one thing that hasn’t really been measured: how do you feel about your iPhone? It’s quite a hard thing to measure, to be sure, human nature being what it is, but a new blog, Technologizer, has attempted to do just that.

Over the past weekend, the blog ran a survey of iPhone users to see how satisfied they are with their device overall. The survey posed questions on everything from general happiness levels to specific problems that users had encountered, with a couple of queries about other aspects of the phone, such as the App Store, thrown in as well for good measure.
The results are in: for example, 84 percent of respondents are Mac users. Overall, most surveyed were very happy with their iPhone, with the majority rating the iPhone a good or excellent value. The App Store grabbed the spotlight as well: 75 percent had downloaded 10 or more applications from the store, and 81 percent rated the store either excellent or good. Many responded they wished Apple were a little looser with App Store entry requirements, however.
All users surveyed had some kind of problems, mostly with crashes and freezes, as well as bad coverage and slow/erratic Internet speeds. Cut-and-paste topped the list of features that iPhone users still wanted to see, followed by a better camera and the ability to tether the phone.
