Is it for real or it is just a rumor? The Chief Executive Officer of the huge company Intel Germany stated that they will be working with Apple soon and do an Iphone project together. They will be doing a future Iphone whose version is based from the Intel’ processor called Atom. The future Iphone project is said to be a bigger model having larger display just like mini-tablet device. The same device has been rumored to be under the development of Apple as well. Hannes Schwaderer also stated that the upgraded Iphone version will also become a 3G model.

But just a few hours later, Hannes Schwaderer retracted what he stated about the Atom-powered Iphone. He said that the statement was just a misunderstanding. The article regarding the issue posted in ZDNet was written in German language. Hannes Schwaderer claimed that it was poorly translated in English which resulted

to the misconception.

According to Mike Cato, the spokesman for Intel Germany, their company does not know anything about the future projects or products of the manufacturers that are not related or even related to them. Therefore, they also do not have the right to say anything as well.

What’s more interesting about this story is that some people who attended the attendedthe event said that they did not heard the CEO of Intel Germany saying such things about the future collaboration between their company and Apple working together to create a new version of Iphone. On the other hand, there are others who claimed that they did hear it. It really is quite a messy rumor. The only way to know if this rumor is true or not is by attending the WWDC event of Apple, where people also suspected that the company will launch its new 3G Iphone.
