iPhone and Audi are now together (sort of)
Audi owners were all excited the other day when they saw a press release from Audi. The announcement said that Audi has just launched the first OEM automotive application for the iPhone. Audi fanatics were thinking that Audi cars will be integrated with Apple Inc.’s iPhone in ways that people never thought possible. Could it be that the iPhone screen will be displayed on the LCD of the car so that you can view your e-mails and visit web pages?

But when they read the announcement, they found out that the collaboration of Apple Inc. and Audio would only allow iPhone users to download an application that would work on the device which lets them have a driving experience with the latest Audi A4. They will be driving the Audi A4 in a course again and again so that you can beat your own record. One cool thing about this application that can be downloaded at the App Store is uses the iPhone’s accelerometer so that you can steer the vehicle. Another cool thing is that, it is free!
However, this is just a teaser, which somewhat frustrates the Audi fanatics. The application is actually just a marketing tool that has a gateway to the website where it is designed for the iPhone viewing (http://www.truthinengineering.com/a4/iphone).

Could this be the Verizon iPhone 4G?
Not only that, but while they were working on their quite unimpressive marketing app, Audi forgot about upgrading their Bluetooth implementation so it would work with the current iPhone G3 models, WHICH IS DOES NOT!
