iPhone Bluetooth file transfer to come to the iPhone soon, courtesy of Cydia
Thanks to the good folks at Cydia, the iPhone will soon gain a much-awaited feature: Bluetooth file transfer with the iPhone.

iBluetooth (from iSpazio) will bring you just that feature, allowing the iPhone to transfer files to any other device using Bluetooth. Once it is finished and available through Cydia (very shortly), it will work with any device supporting the Bluetooth file transfer protocol.
You can see it in action in the video below:

Leave it up to indie developers to once again plug a gap created by Apple (they’ve already come out with an app that allows for copy and paste as well, something Apple themselves haven’t added yet). iBluetooth requires a jailbroken iPhone for now.
Note: Comments around the web regarding this app indicate that while its a welcome addition, many feel you shouldn’t have to “hack” their own iPhone to gain features that have been available on phones for years now, and Apple needs to add this to the iPhone as part of the standard feature set.
