iPhone OS 4.0 beta 2 download and iPhone SDK 4.0 beta 2 released

iPhone OS 4.0 beta 2

The iPhone OS 4.0 beta 2 download is now available for iPhone developers along with the new iPhone SDK 4.0 beta 2 as well. The new iPhone OS 4.0 beta 2 firmware is supported on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 3G, iPod touch third generation, and iPod touch second generation.

No new features have been discovered in the latest beta yet, because it’s mainly bug fixes. I’ll make a post if any new features are discovered.

Buggier than Beta 1 it seems.

Camera app wont save pictures, although you can send MMS!

Funky new animation when you switch between running apps – worth it for that lol (Shallow? Moi?)

If its so buggy why do people use it? You should just jailbreak your phone (as long as its firmware is 3.1.2 or lower). Because with my jailbreak ( I have a 3GS) i can multitask and can have folders. Although some features i have not discovered yet but with these third party apps i think there are more available options and customization than this new beta software and even possibly the new finalized 4.0 whenever that gets done. And i would MUCH rather have my jailbroken 3GS than the new iphone which prolly wont have a jailbreak for a WHILE..
