I was thinking about the OS used in the movie “minority report” and it seems to be the same concept that you were talking about. The mouse would be a lot easier to use so i doubt they will come out with an OS that was one big touch screen. Your right that it would be cool for cover flow but for technical stuff it would be a pain in the ass…. Copying pasting, video editing, picture editing, drafting….. Shit like that you would definitly need a percise pointer and not a fat greasy finger. Cool idea though.
