iPhone Tip – Cover Up Those Nasty Scuffs And Scratches

If you are the type who is not to enthusiastic about covering your iPhone with a case, even something like the Invisible Shield thereupon you either need the most fragile of hands or a backup plan. Luckily something you have at your disposal should be able to remove some scuffs and scratches on your iPhone.

I experienced the same problem, one of those unlucky times when the one day my iPhone leaves its case It falls out of my pocket onto the ground and the back is scuffed. It landed on the corner soon after slid across, the glass cover did get a very small dent but it’s only noticeable whether I am looking for it. The back survived much worse.

What I did use was some touch up paint. More specifically, Motorcraft lacquer (PM-19500-7052A) I fished from the glove compartment of my mom’s expedition. It’s not an exact match but pretty darn close. Just a note though, that stuff dries in seconds and smells like burning iPhones so try that outside.
