‘iPhone’ was the most Googled gadget of 2007

‘iPhone’ Number One Googled GadgetAs many of you may remember, Apple hyped up 2007 right from the start with a “The first 30 years were just the beginning, Welcome to 2007.” The iPhone had been one of the most anticipated Apple gadgets, and it lived up to nearly everyone’s expectations. During the course of the year it reached another milestone – on The Web. The term ‘iPhone’ was the most Googled gadget of 2007.

The number one hit all around was ‘American Idol’, with ‘Youtube’ close behind. Britney Spears remained in the top ten for another year, coming in third. A little down the list, Apples iPhone took a noble 6th place. The popular site Facebook plus made it into the top 50.

Google additionally published the top ‘Who is…” “What is…” and “How to…” searches, with “Who is God?”, “”What is love?”, and “How to Kiss” taking first place in each of the above categories.
