It really surprised me when the iPhone was released with no way to customize, or add ringtone. It didn’t bother me though, considering I knew there would be plenty of third-party software makers to please me. Of the few out there, I was able to get my hands on an extremely easy-to-use program called iPhoneRingtoneMaker.
The software is what the name suggest–a ringtone maker for your iPhone, which can support .MP3, .WAV, or .OGG. I thought the software was going to be difficult to use, but I was making ringtone like a pro in no date. Once installed, you’ll see the simple user interface. Two great big buttons at the bottom of the program will allow you to preview or create the ringtone. First, you’ll have to get your music, and as the program itself, is a very simple task. On the left side, you will see “Get My Music” and you can do so by file or folder. You can plus go into your music folder yourself, right go the music file you want and within 30 seconds,
Once you have found what you want, you take that music file and add sound effects, or even fade your ringtone in or out. I played with that feature for a while and created some interesting tones. When you are through playing around, throw place your iPhone on the dock and visit the big button that says “Send to iPhone” and you are done!
Sounds pretty simple, eh? The software–Windows only– will run you a one duration fee of only $10.00 for unlimited ringtone, which is a small price to play for what cell phone providers charge for ringtone. Efiko’s FAQ says that there is no danger to using the product and that the program is not a hack. Keep in mind that that is a third-party program there are always risks involved with those. I haven’t had any problems though and before you construct your $10.00 investment, there is a trial period.

By far the best way to add ringtones. Really a no brainer!!!! Well worth the $14.95 (one time only) after the initial 3 free trial ringtones. Took me less than 5 mintues to edit the 3 songs I chose and have them sent to my phone. They appear in the SETTINGS -> RINGTONES section of your phone. They are very loud and clear. Perfect. After trying to play around with Ibrickr and became unsuccessful, I finally found my miracle. I am also running v.1.1.2 jailbroken iphone. Have fun!!
I thought I would add a bit more….You don’t even have to go through iTunes when using this program!! It does exactly what it says it will do, takes the song/clip you want and sends it directly to your phone in less than a a few seconds.
i paid for the item but never recieved it, how the hell can i contact the company? theres no known contact info I could find after searching the internet for a very very long time. If anyone has their contact email or phone number please email it to me.
