What about a light version of iPhone central for those of us browsing from our iPhones? This was a question asked by one of the faithful iPhone central reader named Walter R Basil. The answer to this question is, by using Edge we suppose he should be able to browse from the iPhones. The main point of the iPhone is to browse the real Web but not a simplified version of same. According to Walter’s query it’s obvious that the way the site was designed, it caused the right hand columns to load before the subject matter column on the left. This is really annoying for everyone to see that the site seems very slow enough particularly on the iPhone.

Well, this problem does not

exist anymore due to the fact that Apple has refigured their CSS although it was real painful. So, at present the iPhone central must be working lot faster at loading, particularly that all important composition column on the left side. Also few days earlier Apple used Joe Hewitt’s iUI to implement and experiment an iPhone style version of iPhone central. It is not for sure that it would not break or stop working at the same point but whether one would like to take it for an analysis drive then let Apple know what you think because they would really feel happy to receive your comments. Well, seriously do try to browse the regular site on your iPhone as it should load a lot better now.
