AT&T recently announced that they have new international data plans for the iPhone from Apple Inc. While the exclusive carrier of the iPhone in United States is still offering an expensive plan, the latest offer is hundred dollars cheaper than the pay-per-use roaming chargees.

There are actually two new data plans that would lower the cost of using Apple Inc.’s iPhone while you are outside United States.
The first plan has 100 MB worth of data where subscribers will get to pay $120 every month. The other plan offers 200 MB worth of data where users will pay $200 every month.
The two latest offers from AT&T will be an attractive plan to thee business travellers. It is them who need the functionality of the iPhone on a daily basis. According to the AT&T, those who want to subscribe to this plan will no longer have to commit to the network for a long time.
At least 67 countries where covered in these plans. There will be a different rate for the countries not included in those 67 countries ($0.01/kilobyte or $0.0195/KB). The new data plans are just addition to the current 20 MB as well as 50 MB plans offered by AT&T.
