New iPhone Public Radio App with Pause and Rewind of Live Streams
Today, it is a rare occasion when you see anyone carrying any form of radio with them at all. Most people have all of their favorite music downloaded to an MP3 player or their iPod and listen to what they want, when the want it. But what about those of us that still listen to public radio?

Now when you are getting out of your car and don’t want to sit there to listen to the rest of your favorite program, all you need to do is use your new Public Radio App and you are in business. Radio on the go without having to buy another device makes this app pretty attractive.
One of the best features of this app is the ability to pause and rewind the show that you are listening to. It is basically a DVR for the radio. Whether you missed something or were not able to get on the radio when your favorite show was airing, this app will still allow you to enjoy the full program when it is convenient for you.
Some added features that will appeal to the public radio junkies are the program listings feature and the alarm clock. The program listings have a complete rundown of everything that is playing and what is coming up as well. For those that prefer to wake up to the sounds of their favorite morning show, you can set the alarm and have it wake you up each morning. You can have public radio for dusk till dawn and any other time that you have your iPhone handy!
