What about sling on BB and MS devices??? They can't control software on those phones, therefor they can't do anything about it. But the Apple / ATT connection allows ATT to interfear in the approval process for applications such as tethering and video streaming. What I don't understand, is youtube (audio / video streaming) is "built-in" app on the iphone. Why youtube and not slingbox? ATT let it go, beef up your network and let these apps go through. Besides, i've already paid 130 to replace my perfectly fine 1st Gen Slingbox to the newer Slingbox Solo just for this iphone release. Well I for one will be very upset if ATT causes this block.
