In that spread at PC World, 90% of iPhone owners are happy with it, but they sound off on what could be improved. An excerpt from the essay:

“A little more than a month after the Apple iPhone went on sale, nearly 90 percent of iPhone owners who answered a PC World survey said that they love their almost-new toy. But they additionally had a few complaints–most notably regarding the iPhone’s voice and notes networks–and

lots of suggestions.”

I don’t own an iPhone personally, but one thing that bugs me is the iPod part, as well as other parts of the iPhone are locked out unless you activate it. I have heard from several humans they would purchase it to use as a widescreen iPod alone. To check out the story, go here to head to PC World.
