Before you hand over your old iPhone away and get a new one, why not try to think twice. In Oregon, one refurbished iPhone was purchased by a police officer of the said state. By the time that he was already looking at the inbox, features, and others he said that he was surprised to recover some photos, emails, and data from the refurbished gadget.

The police officer then called to Jonathan Zdziarski to verify the personal information that he discovered at the iPhone. According to Jonathan Zdziarski, the iPhone does not

only have recoverable emails, photos, and personal data. They also recovered a list of financial information of the previous owner. The personal details are no longer posted in order to protect the previous iPhone owner.

A few days before the police officer called Jonathan Zdziarski, he already posted in his blog that iPhones do not totally erase personal details, emails, photos, and alike even if you already hit the DELETE button.

Because of this news, many iPhone users are now wondering if their personal information is really secured whenever they use the gadget.
