		<description>I don&#039;t understand the reasoning behind not using the data network to make the calls, and instead using phone network minutes.  It dials a local number, which then connects to the skype network, which then connects you to your contact.  Why not remove the cellular middle man, and connect via Wi-fi or 3G in the first place?  Can someone please help me understand?</description>
