Skype on the iPhone!
It’s not the first way to get Skype up and running on your iPhone, but it promises to be the most elegant (that is, until Skype themselves come up with a client): Shape Services have released a beta of their IM+ for Skype software that is compatible with any Java browser, including Apple’s cellphone.
