Accessible from any mobile device, and especially customized for the iPhone, through Amtrak’s homepage, www.amtrak.com, the Amtrak mobile Web page provides customers with travel guidelines and safety tips while traveling to, from and during the Inauguration. Mobile users have the ability to quickly reserve tickets, review ticket guidelines and check up-to-date status information of Amtrak trains. Amtrak also lists helpful links to other DC travel resources, such as the Washington Metro Area Transit Authority and MARC Commuter Train to assist travelers navigating through the local transportation systems.
