Spirit Jailbreak download: iPhone 3.1.3, iPod touch 3.1.3, and iPad 3.2!

Spirit Jailbreak downloadThe Spirit Jailbreak download is now available. The Spirit Jailbreak sofware is a userland jailbreak created by iPhone hacker comex, with the help of CHPWN. It is the first iPad jailbreak in existence, and it’s pretty easy to use. All you do is just click “Jailbreak”. It works with iPhone 3.1.3 firmware and iPod touch 3.1.3 firmware as well.

The Spirit Jailbreak download is really tempting to try, but I don’t want to download it yet because I just got my iPad and I’m not sure if it’s worth it to jailbreak iPad yet. I’ll wait until all the bugs are ironed out. What about you?

    Spirit installed cydia but after 3mins my iphone made a sound and the phone, message and ipod icons disappeared. Even after rebooting, it did not solve the problem so i’m restoring my Iphone 3gs :-(

    i couldn’t get spirit to run on my pc (vista32) or my laptop (vista32). on both systems the program crashed once i clicked jailbreak. i tried to run as admin with the same results. i’m restoring back to 3.1.2 now.

    ok i tried it again and it seems to work if you run spirit in win98 compatibility mode.

    JUNK, it doesn’t work. I think Geohot is the best out there. I tried everything from changing the compatibility to windows 98/me. Damn program does not want to run on my laptop running Vista. When I take the compatibility off, it will run but get an error 00005. Why can’t it be simple like blackra1n. I gave up after trying like 20 times.

    Hey, I have an Ipod touch 3g 3.1.3(7E18) MC model
    Can this be jailbroken using Spirit?.Actually i tried doing it and it ran successfully and went fine, but when i tried to install a cracked IPA using ITunes.It gave me the same old error that i used to get when it was not jailbroken.Kindly help.
