A little more demi-news in the ongoing Euro-iPhone saga; please welcome to the stage German carrier Deutsche Telekom AG, notable for the fact that yes, they will confess to being in talks with Apple regarding clinching the iPhone distribution contract in their territory.  Hurrah for openness and honesty!  Sadly that’s all they’ve got for us; CEO of T-Mobile Germany, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG, Hamid Akhavan would not be pressed beyond a simple soundbite:

“We have held talks with Apple but have nothing more to say at that time”
