Apple is expanding its market in other countries with the help of the non-exclusive contracts it made with various mobile service providers. While others are not so happy about the deal, the case is different for the T-mobile.

According to Hamid Akhavan, the current CEO of T-mobile, the non-exclusive deals of Apple with other companies do not affect their good working relationship. They are happy that Apple decided to make them the exclusive carrier of iPhones in Germany. And if the U.S. partner of Apple, which is AT&T, is very much vocal about the much awaited 3G iPhone, T-mobile is still trying to be discreet about it. T-mobile is currently distributing iPhones in Austria. However, unlike in Germany, it is no longer an exclusive contract between Apple and T-mobile. It was only last week that France Telecom made their announcement that they too, is selling iPhones in Austria.
