View Qik videos on your iPhone with newly released site
Flash video support on the iPhone can be a huge pain, especially when you want to watch someone’s video on a site like Qik.Thankfully they have heard our cries of frustration and have launched a mobile version of their website with QuickTime-formatted videos that can be watched from the Mobile Safari browser.

Now, when you go to a website at Qik.com on an iPhone or iPod touch, you are automatically transferred to the iPhone-formatted version that lets you access a number of features, viewing videos and profiles, sharing profiles, streaming Quicktime videos, and other similar functions. It’s pretty cool, and yet another company that has boarded the iPhone train (one of many more to come, it’s assumed), and gone all out to assure iPhone owners of a customized experience.
A more exciting feature that’s new to the iPhone-formatted version is the ability to view Qiks on a map, something they say is a feature specifically for Qiks taken on iPhones.
