Because of the SDK released by Apple Inc. earlier this year, developers were able to create applications for the 3G iPhone. As a result, there are already hundreds of applications waiting to be purchased once the App Store is already up. Others are just offering their applications for free. These applications would allow their 3G iPhones be more functional as well as personalized.

Out of all the 500+ applications waiting to be downloaded through iTunes, there are at least 20 applications for the iPhone which are considered the best. Here is the list of the 20 applications. Some are free while others require payment
